I considered Trends Audio TA-10.1 at in the first picture but since it does not especially the metal goods spec (to my eye), I droped the design.

Also noticed in Meier-Audio website, there is a redesigned DAC coming which looks thought-provoking and alike resemble to DacMagic but profit the crossfeed.
